standard reports are useful, and powerful custom reports can be created with the
built in report generator. Auditing is easily set up with a wizard interface and
can be deployed in a number of ways including login script and on-demand. Having
tested a number of products, we found Visual Audit X4 to be ideal for managing
our network of 120 desktops and 15 servers over 2 sites. Software X4 also
provides first-rate support for the product and is very responsive to feedback
and feature requests."

Visual Audit allows me to run our audit in multiple ways. For our main locations we have a WAN and run the audit using scripts. For our remote locations I can email the audit request and have the results emailed back to me. If I need an instant audit I can run the audit "on demand" at any workstation. This information is invaluable to me. I have also found the report manager to be very helpful. I can create custom reports that returns results to specific criteria. The export features work very clean. I take information to Excel on a regular basis. "
